Members of the New England Nightmare recently volunteered to

work with the youth at Bennet Academy in Manchester, CT. As

the school was celebrating ACES (All Children Exercising

Simultaneously), the teammates joined in to motivate the

students to stay active and healthy! ACES has been labeled as

"the world's largest exercise class" by the media. Since 1989,

millions of children from all over the world exercise together to 

promote proper health and fitness habits.

We started off not knowing each others names, We walked

 into practice not knowing what everyone will bring to the

game, Weeks have gone by and we discovered things about each other

, we have grown to trust one another.

 

We gave  this bond that teams look for. We all have different goals

in life, but one thing we have in common is the love   we have for

each other.

 

We are what is called Family.
